B2B prospecting stalls at the same stage every time: assembling the list of companies is immediate, researching each one individually is not. The system takes a brief stated in one or two sentences and carries it through to a message written separately for each company, from 1 to 10,000 companies per campaign, in six languages.

Commercial context

The list of companies is not the difficult part.

Any commercial function can generate a list of companies from a public register. The real effort begins afterwards: identifying the right person for a partnership conversation, establishing a valid contact address, researching what the company actually does, and formulating a proposition relevant to its particular situation.

Multiplied across several thousand records, that effort exceeds the capacity of any sales team. The practical consequence is that the research is carried out superficially or omitted altogether, and the resulting correspondence becomes generic and, in turn, ineffective.

Functionality

Six stages, from partner profile to the written message.

The ideal partner profile is described in one or two sentences, in natural language, alongside a short account of your own offer. The system turns that description into a structured brief, identifies the matching companies across the European Union and ranks them by how closely they fit. For every company retained it determines the right role for a partnership conversation and the contact address, accompanied by a confidence score and the evidence it rests on.

Research follows: the company's activity, recent news, funding rounds, leadership appointments and the recipient's professional profile. From that material a single message is written for each company, in the recipient's own language, from the six available. Every message carries an account of the context used to write it.

Control and compliance

Nothing is dispatched without the approval of a human operator.

The material is prepared in full, but dispatch remains a decision taken by a person. Every message can be read, edited in place, approved individually or in bulk, rejected, or regenerated from a different angle. Rejected companies are recorded as such, and addresses excluded from contact are held on a list of their own.

Dispatch goes out from the organization's own mailbox, connected through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, rather than from a platform address: the recipient receives the message from you and replies to you. Sending is paced across the day, to protect the reputation of the sending domain.

Advantages

European coverage, at the level of personalization of an individual approach.

The volume processed is no longer constrained by the research capacity of the commercial team. A campaign that would require months of activity if carried out by hand is prepared in a disproportionately shorter interval, while retaining the degree of personalization characteristic of an individual approach.

Linguistic coverage allows recipients across European markets to be addressed directly in their own language, removing the language barrier at the point of first contact. Sends, delivery failures, opens and replies are tracked in the platform, so the outcome of each campaign is visible without searching through the mailbox.

  • 07Per-company research: activity, recent news, funding and appointments
  • 08The recipient's profile: role, seniority, tenure and background
  • 09A single message written for each company
  • 10Six languages: Romanian, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish
  • 11An account of the context used to write each message

We build these for client organizations as well.

The products presented here began from the same two questions we put at the start of any project: which activities are still performed by hand today, and which of them ought to complete without intervention. Describe your situation and we will propose a concrete architecture.
