Privacy Policy
Romflex Sistem SRL ("Romflex", "we") respects the privacy of visitors and clients. This document explains what data we collect, why, and your rights under GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).

2. What we collect
Forms (applications, briefs): name, email, phone, CV, LinkedIn — data you submit voluntarily. Shop: billing and shipping details (company, VAT ID, address, phone) — for contract execution. Technical cookies: session, language preference, cookie consent. Analytics (only with your consent): pages visited, device, region.
3. Why we process
Contract execution (shop, proposals, deliveries). Your consent (analytics, marketing). Legitimate interest (site security, anti-abuse). Legal obligations (invoicing, accounting, archiving).
4. Who we share with
Processors: Stripe (card payments), transactional email services, hosting. All under GDPR contracts. We do not sell data. We do not create automated profiles without prior notice.
5. Retention
Applications: 12 months. Invoices & contracts: 10 years (legal obligation). Essential cookies: session duration. Analytics cookies: 13 months maximum.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent. For any of these: office@romflexsistem.ro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP (Romanian Data Protection Authority).
7. International transfer
Some processors (e.g. Stripe) may process data outside the EU, under standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is the one displayed here, with the update date above.
