These terms govern the use of romflexsistem.ro and our services. By accessing, you accept the terms.
1. Operator

2. Site usage
Content (text, images, code) is the property of Romflex or its licensor partners. You may use the site for commercial information, not for full copying, automated scraping, or republication.
3. B2B Shop — orders
Shop orders are exclusively B2B (legal entities). Prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT (21%) applies on invoicing. Delivery follows payment confirmation (card or wire). Stock is indicative; final confirmation happens when the order is placed.
4. Warranty and returns
The warranty is that of the manufacturer (Oracle, HPE, Cisco, etc.) and is passed through in full. Enterprise product returns follow manufacturer procedures — contact office@romflexsistem.ro.
5. Limitation of liability
Romflex is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or commercial losses resulting from use of the site, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute is resolved in the competent courts in Bucharest.
